Mostly Paleo Pizza

This is mostly paleo pizza if you do not have an issue with cheese you can use this recipe. With a few modifications this can be fully paleo. Ingredients for one 18-inch pizza crust: 2 pounds cauliflower 1/2 cup water – Cook cauliflower with water for 5-6 minutes, let cool, and squeeze out ALL water with a towel. No Potato Salad.

Ingredients 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets or 1lb frozen 1 red onion, finely diced 4 eggs, hard boiled, shelled, and diced 2 Tbs mayonnaise (homemade?) 1 Tbs mustard (your choice of type) Sea Salt You can add bacon, pickles, etc. make sure what ever you add is paleo.
